Pinterest Challenge - Week 7: Easy One Dish Meal

I don't like to cook.  I LOVE to eat.  Pinterest to the rescue!  There are a ton of delicious and easy to make recipes posted on Pinterest.  The other night I was in the mood for a wholesome American meat and potatoes meal.  I found this recipe from julieseatsandtreats.com posted to Pinterest and decided to give it a try.

Easy One Dish Meal
 Fill 9x9 dish with:
- Green beans
- Chicken breast
- Potatoes
Then, chop up a 1/2 stick of butter (I would use less next time), and put over top of everything.
Add seasonings.  I used onion and garlic powder.
Bake at 350 for one hour.

Since there are only 2 1/2 people in our family I used a 9x9 dish, but if you have more simply fill up a 9x13 dish.  It was delicious and easy, the perfect combo!
